Pretty Pastels

Easter can't come soon enough. Although it's still a little too early and cold to experiment with pastels, i'm excited about this spring trend. I can't remember the last time I wore/owned anything pastel, so this is a nice change.  Wear rose-gold accessories to really accentuate peach. I plan on adding tough jackets and jewelry so the look isn't too feminine-sweet.

Staying true to theme of addictions and alcoholics anonymous, the past few months I have been on a serious bracelet and necklace binge. Here's the outcome:

Around Town

Last year I interned in the accessories closets (see blog title) at Lucky Magazine and Vogue. These awesome Gucci-esq, Nine West (see teal-grey color) pumps made their way as samples into both of these magazine's shoe closets. I couldn't wait until they debuted in stores. After months of anticipation, they didn't, and still don't disappoint. Best part? They are now on sale for $30.

Shameless Plug

I had good intentions of posting some - what I wore pictures, until my cold and z pack ruined it. This will have to suffice for now... a shameless plug. I work for Zappos Couture, and until I applied for the position,  had not heard of the site. We are constantly adding new brands and growing - it is a very exciting time.
